Sanctuary Building Fund

Our energy healing community has been looking for a place to provide much needed support to our community. I believe we have found one. 

This building recently came up for sale and I believe it could provide the perfect structure for all our needs. Once known as the Starin Hotel & Opera House, this "Diamond in the Rough" is waiting to continue it's story! This 22,000 sq ft building has retail/office space &/or dining space close to ready. There are currently 6 apartments on the 2nd level and 3rd flr waiting to be revitalized and repurposed for our healing ministry. There is endless opportunity here and grants available. This is on the registry of the Preservation League of NYS. There have been updates to electrical & heating and foundation repair! 

Tribal communities have supported the local church mission with continuous donations. This sanctuary will be no different. 

The purchase price of the building is $89,900, and to completely return this "diamond in the Rough" to its majestic splendor of the late 1800's is estimated to be around 2 million dollars. 

Once we get into the building there are two sections that can be used almost immediately. An office and treatment room and a large assembly hall. 

Why do we need for Sanctuary for Healing Arts: 

Many people all over the United States have been looking for a place where they can give and receive sacred energy medicine and spiritual healing. They also want to learn more about themselves and their oneness with the Boundless Universe. 

We also want to provide services to our community and around the world. 

Some of our projects are:

* Educating people about their Constitutional Rights, Basic Human Rights, and Medical Rights.

* Establishing a Hospitaller Sanctuary where Natural Medicine can be practiced without being limited, suppressed, and or infringed. 

* Having a Broadcast studio where we can produce educational material. 

* Be able to conduct in house residential training without restriction. 

* Provide a location where educational programs can be provided to the public. 

* Conduct open esoteric religious services that are designed to expand human consciousness. 

* Having a location where home-schooled children can be monitored while their parents are working full time. 

* Establish after school education programs designed to assist children to do better in school. 

* Have a Residential school for workshops and training that exceeds several days. 

* Perform Religious ceremonies without restriction. 

And so much more…..

We have an opportunity to purchase a building that will be able to accommodate everything mentioned above. Although this building needs a lot of upgrading, it has a solid strait foundation. 

Our communities are searching for a spark of light, a beacon of hope they have not been able to find within their own churches, health care facilities, and governments.

Our community will benefit greatly with a place where we can conduct business, training, teaching, and healing ministry.
